Shipping Firearms

Because the item you are ordering through this website is a controlled item (firearm) it requires that it be shipped to a federally licensed dealer. We require that a signed FFL (Federal Firearms License) be on hand prior to any shipment being made. If picking the rifle up in person, you will be required to fill out the proper paperwork and pass a FBI NICS background check.

Excise Tax

The Federal government requires that we collect a 11% excise tax on any sale of complete firearms. This amount will vary depending upon the final sale price of the firearm. Example is $1250.00 would be $137.50 in taxes.
